We are a ministry growing from the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America serving 130 congregations in Southeastern Texas and Southern Louisiana.

2) Multiple relationships with faithful adults and peers are the key to faith formation.

3) Ministry with children, youth, families and young adults requires on going training, support and resources.

4) Networking gifts, resources and people strengthens the witness of Jesus Christ.

5) Effective ministry is mission-driven through life stages and transitions.

6) All children are God's children and therefore our mission field.

7) Healthy ministry advocates for safe, caring and faithful ministry to every child, youth and young adult in our synod.

8) Congregations need to follow through with their baptismal promises.
