The Partnership for Youth & Family Ministry is your peer group. We are a learning community that strives to stay on the cutting edge of this ever-changing field. We represent a variety of ages, experiences and opinions, but agree that ministry with those in the first third of life is what God made us to do! We believe that excellence in congregational ministry changes the lives of families, children and youth.

Youth Ministry has changed a lot over the last ten years. Today youth ministers can work as much, if not more, equipping adults to mentor youth than actually doing the mentoring personally! We are team builders -- empowering parents, grandparents, adults and the youth themselves to lead, grow and serve.
